Contracting Support to do our Hardware Refresh

Hello,

We have an old HP G4 Win2003SP2 server as our Master/Media Netbackup Server. We are wanting to do a hardware refresh to a newer HP G8 we already have. After spending lots of time reading up on it, I was curious if contracting Support to do it would be a better option?. Is this covered under our current support or would this be another billable item.? How does one go about finding out this information?
