SQL Transaction Logs issues

I need a solution

Hi community,

I hereby request your assistance, I have:

Master Server:

Host - srv-netbckp-201

SO - Windows Server 2008 R2

Version - Symantec Netbackup 7.5.0.6

 

Media Server:

Host - srv-netbckp-101

SO -  RedHat Entreprise Linux Server Release 6.3

Version - Symantec Netbackup 7.5.0.6

 

Host - srv-netbckp-202

SO - Windows Server 2008 R2

Version - Symantec Netbackup 7.5.0.6

 

Backup on cliente:

Host - CX1ONIR3PRD1

SO - Windows Server 2003

Version - Symantec Netbackup 7.5.0.6

 

and I have the following issue, backups on SQL transactions logs in this client holds at 400000kb and still active.

My first question is, what is the meaning of this message "Failed to get the client status because no BSA transaction is active"?

(Updated the versions of Symantec Netbackup to 7.5.0.6 instead of 7.5.0.4)
