Error opening the snapshot disks using given transport mode: Status 23

Hi Team

Need help to take backup of VMWare in netbackup.Earlier backup was running in netbackup.We have done changes in storage.The particular instane datastore moved to another data store.

Getting error below..

Error bpbrm(pid=XXXXXX) from client hostname: ERR - Error opening the snapshot disks using given transport mode: Status 23
